Job Description:

A project management professional with a strong foundation in Agile methodologies and risk management is required to lead IT and Managed Services projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in delivering projects in a Managed Services environment, including SLA management and governance models.

They will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring strict adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.

Additionally, they will drive SLA-driven service delivery with governance, compliance, and continuous service improvement.

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle
  • Drive SLA-driven service delivery
  • Coordinate swift resolution of Severity 1 & 2 issues
  • Develop and maintain 24/7 coverage rosters
  • Oversee Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents
  • Effectively manage the project backlog
  • Anticipate risks proactively and establish mitigation strategies
  • Maintain consistent reporting cadence

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong foundation in Project Management concepts – risk management, scope management, stakeholder management, change management, and decision logging.

Proven experience delivering projects in a Managed Services environment, including SLA management and governance models.

Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies with hands-on delivery experience.

Demonstrated ownership and accountability driving deliverables with minimal supervision.

Highly organized with excellent documentation skills and ability to maintain a structured, transparent, and reliable source of truth.

Strong proactive risk anticipation and mitigation capabilities.

Excellent client communication and relationship management skills with ability to influence and lead conversations.
