International Travel Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled International Travel Security Specialist to join our 24/7 team. This role requires strong logistical and operational understanding, excellent communication skills, and a client-oriented mindset.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating international travel security and risk mitigation projects, identifying and managing risks, and creating standard operating procedures to ensure the highest level of safety and excellent reactions to urgent matters.

This position plays a critical role in overseeing and controlling all ongoing missions, taking responsibility for their preparation, and providing emergency support to clients when crises hit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and control travel operations globally
  • Communicate directly with teams, vendors, clients, and other specialists during emergencies and routine operations
  • Understand, compile, and follow security procedures
  • Document missions and update work management software
  • Create intra-shift briefs and exchange operational information
  • Conduct situation briefs internally and externally
  • Participate in training sessions and exercises to ensure proficiency
  • Conduct research and screen major events affecting client interests
  • Lead after-action debriefs to identify best practices
