About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join the Power Technique Service team as a Product Marketing Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and sales of aftermarket products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase market penetration and improve sales performance.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that products meet customer needs and are competitive in the market.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency and effectiveness of marketing efforts.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and experienced marketing professional with a strong track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues. You will also have a deep understanding of marketing principles and practices, with experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the construction or mining industry.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, with experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
