Strategic Business Manager

Job Description:

The Senior Manager, MIS & Strategy is responsible for overseeing the management information systems and strategy functions across Marketing and Admissions. This role involves ensuring data accuracy, analyzing operations and trends, preparing reports, tracking performance metrics, and supporting strategic planning.

  • Maintain accurate and reliable data across all functions.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of operations, trends, costs, and revenues to forecast future performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and present variance reports comparing targets vs. actual achievements.
  • Extract key performance indicators from CRM reports and track daily team performance metrics.
  • Participate in process review meetings and support budgeting, target-setting, and periodic reporting.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient with software systems such as LSQ.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office applications and operating systems.
  • 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
