Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee a portfolio of projects within the organization, ensuring timely completion and adherence to set parameters.

  • Manage stakeholder interactions, presentations, and progress reporting.
  • Anticipate potential risks, forecast resource availability, and proactively address project execution challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop schedules based on defined scope for all projects.
  • Monitor progress to ensure each project is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to ensure effective project execution.
  • Manage resource allocation and optimize project planning.
  • Track project progress and performance metrics.
  • Serve as liaison between project stakeholders and team members.
  • Adjust project constraints as necessary.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks impacting project progress and commitments.
  • Provide timely updates on project progress and key performance indicators.
  • Escalate issues promptly to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and experience working on PLM projects, preferably using ARAS.
  • Understanding of IT project technicalities and principles.
  • Project Management Certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations and utilizing Excel for data analysis.
  • Able to diagnose and resolve project bottlenecks and issues.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations and escalation management with diplomacy.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Certification in Project Management or Sprint-based Project Management is highly desirable.
