Job Purpose:

The Key main purposes of this Job are :

Manage the planning, tracking and governing a set of projects within the program Manage stakeholder communications, presentations and reporting the progress of the project Anticipate risks, forecast capacities and pre-empt surprises in the execution of the project / program

Organization:

Principal Accountabilities

Plan the schedule based on the defined scope for all projects Monitor progress to ensure each project is delivered on time and on budget Coordinate with all stakeholders and contributors to ensure proper execution of projects Manage resource availability and allocation Develop plans and systems to optimize the process of planning, assigning, and executing projects Track project progress and performance Act as liaison between project stakeholders and contributors Reassess and adjust project constraints as necessary Anticipate the risks and the issues that impact the project progress and commitments Timely reporting of the project progress and Project KPIs Ensure timely escalation to the relevant stakeholders

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Experience:

Atleast 15+ years of IT Experience with 7-8 years of Project Management Role Experience in handling a combination of Agile and Sprint Projects is essential Experience in handling Large Enterprise IT software implementation projects Experience in Enterprise projects which include PLM projects is a plus Experience in ARAS implementation projects is good to have Capability to manage global business stakeholders is essential Experience in Working with European clients from India is essential

Skills:

PLM knowledge and expertise in working on PLM projects is essential, Preferably on ARAS. Understanding the technicalities of IT projects is needed Project Management Certification is good to have Good knowledge of creating Power point Presentation is essential Good knowledge on using Excel is essential Good Ability & aptitude to diagnose / investigate bottlenecks & Issues Good Communication and presentation skills is essential Hand-on tracking and reporting project progress Ability to diplomatically handle challenging situations and escalation management

Qualification :

Atleast Bachelor's degree in engineering (in any disciple). Certification in Project Management, Sprint based Project Management is good to have.
