Coordinated Success Requires a Strategic Project Coordinator

Atidan is seeking a highly skilled and adaptable project coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to navigate complex problems, and possess excellent presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate multiple business meetings, capturing minutes of meetings and ensuring action points are closed.
  • Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor support and proposal tickets, assigning them to the right resources with the help of project managers.
  • Review and audit project email distribution lists periodically.
  • Ensure project-related documents are updated by project managers.
  • Monitor email and MS teams channels for client escalations and take corrective measures.
  • Improve operational and delivery-related processes.
  • Schedule and coordinate organizational level meetings.
  • Verify, review, and validate timesheets and incorporate review changes.
  • Regularly compile and communicate information related to critical activities, resources, and project timelines.

Soft Skills:

  • Good people and management skills.
  • Flexibility to handle multiple roles and responsibilities as per business demand.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to multitask.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SDLC and agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Graduation degree: BE (CS/IT) or BSC/BCA (CS/IT) + MBA.
  • Preferred would be BSc IT + MBA.
