Job Title

A project management professional is required to oversee day-to-day activities, ensure timely delivery of projects, and maintain accurate project documentation.

  • This role involves managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project planning, task assignments, and tracking deliverables to meet timelines.
  • Work closely with web development and content teams to align CMS updates, custom page builds, and design requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of website enhancements and maintenance projects involving tools like WordPress, Contentful, or similar CMS platforms.
  • Proficiency in Asana and Airtable to monitor project progress, assign tasks, and manage dependencies.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings; take detailed notes, prepare meeting summaries, and track follow-ups to ensure project momentum.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field with 6 to 10 years' experience in a PMO role.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience using Jira, Asana, and Airtable for project management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Technical Skills
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand and coordinate front-end development tasks and timelines.
  • Experience managing or supporting CMS-related workflows (WordPress, Contentful, Sitecore, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
