Job Description

You are at the center of keeping our organization strong and resilient. This role requires collaboration across various teams, including Risk, Lending Solutions, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to document and translate project requirements to stakeholders.
  • Understand the roles of teams involved and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Create actionable tasks and milestones throughout the project timeline for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Adhere to project milestones and timelines to ensure timely delivery and quality results.
  • Identify and document risks pertinent to the business, finding mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Partner with global partners across locations to establish consistency and best practices.
  • Represent in wider forums and to senior stakeholders as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum five years of relevant project management experience.
  • Proven ability and experience in implementing large-scale projects.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams to successful delivery.
  • Self-motivation with prioritization and execution mindset.
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills with MS Office.
  • Ability to work well individually and in teams.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certification in project management or process improvement.
  • Knowledge of various project management tools.
