About the Team
Apna's growth story is driven by the FOS team, a critical component that has played a key role in becoming a market leader within 18 months of product launch. The team has managed the funnel of SMB leads, targeted the right clients, and ensured timely onboarding. To augment existing capabilities and chart the next phase of rapid growth, new members are being added to the team.
About the Role
We are seeking a Team Manager to oversee the team responsible for acquiring SMB customers, driving cold calling, and closing long-term deals. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting daily hurdles with team members on a designated platform
- Assigning locations to team members for the day
- Ensuring real-time updates in CRM
- Day-end reporting with detailed meeting and closer numbers
- Accompanying a team member on a daily basis in the field
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Hustler, street-smart, negotiation, and lead generation skills
- Bike and DL mandatory
- Team player and strong people skills
- Ability to travel extensively
