Job Description

As a Telecaller at Internacia India Marketing Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Problem Resolution: Address client concerns, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and marketing efforts.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, share best practices, and align with company goals.
