Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with gold loan clients.
- Sales: Achieve sales targets by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
- Product Expertise: Advise clients on gold loan products, terms, and interest rates.
- Credit Assessment: Evaluate gold collateral and conduct credit assessments.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support throughout the loan process.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
- At least 35 years of experience in gold loans or secured lending.
- Strong sales communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
