Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of Operations Assurance services as specified in contracted agreements with partners.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing partner relationships, ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) fulfilment, and driving operational efficiency improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure seamless handovers from project to operations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Electronics or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 12-15 years of experience in Delivery Operations, Customer Management, and ICT Telecommunication Solution knowledge
  • Strong communication and customer management skills
  • Experience in interacting with customers and understanding service assurance and service fulfilment
  • Knowledge and experience in driving SLAs and KPIs, operations delivery management, incident management, problem management, preventive maintenance, and delivery efficiency
