Job Opportunity: User Acquisition Specialist

Role Summary:

  • Establish and optimize user acquisition campaigns on Meta, Google Adwords, and Apple Search Ads platforms.
  • Develop and track performance reports for user acquisition campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective advertising strategies.
  • Lead junior team members in campaign execution, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in user acquisition, preferably in the mobile games industry.
  • Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding team members.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with ability to interpret data from attribution platforms and present insights effectively.
  • Practical knowledge of tracking technologies, methods, and UA KPIs.
  • Exposure to tools like Adjust, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Meta Business suite, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.
