Job Title: Interactive Game Designer

We're seeking a skilled Interactive Game Designer to join our team and help create engaging educational games for kids.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop age-appropriate educational mini-games in Unity or Unreal Engine.
  • Translate Math and Science concepts into interactive gameplay mechanics.
  • Collaborate with education designers and illustrators to deliver engaging visuals and experiences.
  • Create intuitive interfaces with clear instructions and feedback for young learners.
  • Test and refine game balance and difficulty with real users.
  • Optimize games for tablets and mobile devices (Android/iOS).

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Game Developer (Unity required)
  • Hands-on experience with 2D/3D animation, sprite sheets, and end-to-end game development
  • Solid knowledge of C# or C++
  • Experience building 2D/3D games for mobile or tablet platforms
  • Strong understanding of child-friendly game design principles
  • Comfortable collaborating with educators, artists, and AI developers
  • Familiar with Git and working in Agile sprints
  • Great communication skills (English a plus)
