Distribution Account Manager

Description:

This role involves managing distribution accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The Distribution Account Manager will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and maintaining Carrying & Forwarding Agent (CFA) agreements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and reviewing CFA agreements to ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements;
  • Cordinating with the Legal and Compliance teams for timely execution and renewals of agreements;
  • Validating CFA commissions and related distribution expenses against contractual terms and company policies;
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement of claims to stakeholders;
  • Scrutinizing and verifying all transport bills to ensure accuracy and compliance;
  • Coordinating with the transport team and vendors for discrepancy resolution;
  • Ensuring timely processing and disbursement of payments;
  • Reconciling customer and vendor accounts to maintain accurate financial records;
  • Providing inputs and data for financial planning and analysis.
