Job description

Candidate will be based at corporate office of reputed Pharma Company as an Assistant Manager- Distribution Accounts and he will be responsible for handling following:

Job Description;-

  • Candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations related to the pharmaceutical distribution network, ensuring robust financial compliance, timely reimbursements, and accurate accounting of CFA (Carrying &Forwarding Agent) and transport-related transactions.
  • Candidate will be responsible for validating CFA commissions and related distribution expenses against contractual terms and company policies also ensure timely and accurate reimbursement of claims to stakeholders.
  • Candidate will be responsible for scrutinize and verify all transport bills to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the transport team and vendors for discrepancy resolution and ensure timely processing and disbursement of payments.
  • Candidate will be responsible to coordinate with the central Accounts team for resolving discrepancies and also ensure proper documentation and follow-up on outstanding items.
  • Candidate will be responsible for monitoring actual vs. budgeted expenses and highlight variances for corrective action
  • Candidate will be responsible for tracking and maintain records of bank guarantees and security deposits from CFAs.
  • Candidate will also ensure timely renewals and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for closure or escalation.

Required candidate profile; -

Any graduate having 7-10 years of good experience in accounting, distribution, or logistic environment.

Candidate should have good experience in handling C&FA and receivables.

Candidate should have good experience in monitoring financial operation related to pharmaceutical distribution work.
