Transforming Production: A Strategic Opportunity

We're looking for a Manager to drive high-quality production for our women's ethnic wear brand. This role will oversee vendor partnerships, ensure timely delivery, maintain quality standards, and optimize sourcing operations.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in analyzing production costs, identifying opportunities for optimization without compromising quality or brand integrity. They'll also be responsible for developing and managing sourcing budgets effectively, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring adherence to financial targets.

The Sourcing Manager will coordinate closely with vendors to ensure timely production, shipping, and delivery of garments while maintaining quality standards. They'll also cultivate strong relationships with key vendors to foster long-term partnerships based on trust, transparency, and mutual benefit.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of managing contract manufacturing vendors.
  • Experience in apparel/fashion sourcing & procurement.
  • Strong negotiation & partnership-building skills.
  • Solid project management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of garment production, quality standards & supply chain.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in sourcing and procurement.
  • Vendor network in Jaipur (highly desirable).
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
