Join us and take us to the next levelJob Summary : As a Product Manager – Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our end-to-end lending operations, including loan processing, disbursements, collections, and vendor management.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, finance, and service providers to ensure operational efficiency, system automation, and high service quality, while delivering a seamless experience to our customers.Key Responsibilities:Define and implement the operational strategy and roadmap to support business goals in the lending domain.Oversee loan processing, disbursement, and collections, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Design, implement, and continuously improve operational procedures, workflows, and process documentation.Coordinate with IT teams to manage and enhance loan management systems, integrating automation and process efficiencies.Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.Monitor service quality metrics and take corrective action to maintain customer satisfaction levels.Generate and analyze MIS reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards to track operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with business and product teams to align operational capabilities with product requirements and market needs.Qualifications:Master degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in financial services or lending.Strong understanding of loan lifecycle processes and operational workflows.Proven track record in process optimization and automation initiatives.Excellent communication, collaboration, and vendor management skills.Strong analytical skills with experience in MIS reporting and data-driven decision-making.Familiarity with loan management systems and operational technology tools.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with fintech or NBFC operational setups.Knowledge of compliance requirements in lending operations.Exposure to automation tools, workflow management systems, and process mapping techniques.
