Job Title: Product Lead

We are seeking an experienced Product Leader to define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across our platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fintech, wealth management, or alternative investments and a proven track record of building scalable B2C or B2B2C financial platforms or marketplaces.

You will work closely with cross-functional agile teams to deliver innovative solutions that delight customers, meet regulatory requirements, and differentiate us in a competitive market.

  1. Product Strategy & Vision:
  • Define and own the end-to-end product vision aligned with company goals and market trends in alternative investments.
  • Conduct deep market and customer research to identify unmet needs and emerging opportunities.
Product Development:
  • Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and development plans.
  • Prioritize and manage a product roadmap balancing short-term impact with long-term innovation.
  • Drive agile product development cycles and ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
Customer Experience & Innovation:
  • Champion user experience and design thinking across the product lifecycle.
Data & Performance:
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions, track success metrics, and iterate.
  • Own KPIs around customer acquisition, engagement, retention etc.
Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate product with technology, operations, legal, risk, and marketing functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Deep understanding of fintech, wealth management, or alternative investments.
    • Proven track record of building scalable B2C or B2B2C financial platforms or marketplaces.
    • Strong grasp of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial products.
    • Experience working with cross-functional agile teams.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
    • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, or similar credentials a plus.
