Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to oversee customers' requirements, communications, production follow up, artworks and trims approvals in our home textiles industry. The successful candidate will ensure that production is going as per plan, work closely with buyers and suppliers, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Liaise with clients and manage customer inquiries efficiently.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 2 years of merchandising experience in the home textiles industry.
