Job Description

A successful candidate will be responsible for delivering consistent project governance, supporting commercial and planning aspects of project delivery, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Controls: Lead and support project planning, controls, and reporting in line with BMS and PMO frameworks.
  • Project Compliance: Ensure project compliance with governance standards and contractual obligations.
  • Project Reporting: Maintain project reporting calendars and coordinate periodic reviews.
  • Project Finance: Develop and maintain project finance dashboards and EAC forecasts.
  • Resource Management: Track team utilisation and support resource planning across multiple projects.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain compliance matrices.
  • Client Communications: Act as a focal point for client communications and issue resolution.
  • Design Deliverables: Support project managers and technical leads in delivering design deliverables.
  • PMO Initiatives: Participate in PMO Steering Group initiatives and strategy refinement.
  • Risk Management: Maintain risk registers and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Change Control: Oversee change control processes and associated financials.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement in project delivery and PMO operations.
  • Contract Scope: Review and advise on the contract scope and discuss with project delivery team.
  • Project Controls: Manage project controls through WSP and client systems.
  • Reporting and Cost Controls: Support the management of reporting and cost controls in collaboration with the Project Director and Technical Manager on the project.
