We are seeking a seasoned Senior Liaison Officer to manage government relations, legal coordination and regulatory affairs.

About the Role:

This role demands a proactive individual who can ensure smooth statutory processes and contribute significantly to business development through strategic relationship-building and facilitation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between various government departments, local authorities and regulatory agencies.
  • Facilitate timely acquisition of all necessary project permissions clearances and NOCs.
  • Liaise with town planning departments land registration offices and legal consultants to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
  • Build and maintain effective professional relationships with government officials statutory bodies and other key stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Law Public Administration Political Science or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in liaison government relations or legal coordination roles.
  • Proven track record of working closely with government bodies.
  • Strong legal and regulatory knowledge applicable to real estate infrastructure or urban development projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in real estate infrastructure or large-scale urban development companies.
  • High degree of integrity accountability and professional maturity.
