Senior IT Project Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of our IT project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Develop and implement IT project governance frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness, risks, and performance of digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
  • Drive cross-functional IT projects, focusing on timely delivery, key performance indicator (KPI) tracking, and cost optimization.
  • Oversee multiple IT projects, tracking progress and achieving milestones.
  • Maintain project compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and National Banking Financial Company (NBFC)-specific IT regulations.
  • Manage IT budgets and optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for senior leadership to track project status.
  • Implement change management best practices for smooth adoption of IT solutions.
  • Oversee IT vendors and ensure service level agreement (SLA) adherence.
  • Continuously refine IT project methodologies by introducing industry best practices.
  • Manage resources effectively, including capacity planning and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain structured product documentation for third-party stakeholders.
