Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Analyst to join our team in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). As a Senior Technical Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding applications onto our IGA system.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the entire IAM process within an application, ensuring seamless integration and smooth operation.
  • Collaborating with application owners to understand their systems, explain the integration process and goals, and gather relevant information.
  • Coordinating, testing, and validating custom development required by app teams to perform the integration.
  • Working with internal engineers to build integrations according to governance best practices and application requirements.
  • Assisting app teams in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Maintaining and reporting accurate statuses for all onboarded applications.
  • Managing multiple application teams concurrently.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7-9 years of experience working as part of IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst.
  • Proficiency in updating Identity Mapping and configuring Source and target applications for attributes.
  • Experience in developing custom workflows for LCM/JLM Provisioning.
  • Skilled in administering, implementing, and supporting SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management Solutions.
  • Familiarity with RBAC analysis and implementation.
  • Proven ability to launch certification campaigns and follow up on remediation processes.
  • Developed skills in forms, Identity Triggers, quick links, Rules, Email templates, and custom reports.
  • Experience in creating rules like Build Map, Correlation, Identity Creation, Default password assignment, and Life Cycle Management.
