Acquisition Leader Role:

As a strategic procurement specialist, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive acquisition strategies that align with business objectives and project timelines.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of procurement processes and practices, as well as exceptional communication and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with vendors, analyzing complex data to inform decision-making, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet project schedules.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain a reliable vendor base, evaluating and onboarding new vendors through technical and commercial screening. Additionally, you will ensure the accuracy and audit-readiness of procurement records, approvals, and documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Driving bulk buying and project-based procurement for long-lead items and engineered bought-outs.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of materials across multiple sites and units.
  • Developing and maintaining a reliable vendor base through technical and commercial evaluation.
  • Ensuring procurement records, approvals, and documentation are accurate and audit-ready.
