Job Title: Talent Acquisition Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced talent acquisition professional to lead our hiring initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in strategic recruitment, talent pipeline development, and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition Leadership: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process across functions, leveraging expertise in technology and manufacturing hiring.
  • Strategic Hiring: Proven experience in executive search headhunting and closing leadership roles, particularly in niche areas.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, succession planning, and future skill needs.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline for senior and critical roles to minimize time-to-hire.
  • Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Leverage advanced sourcing methods, including social platforms, professional communities, referrals, industry events, and AI-driven recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional candidate journey, partnering with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.
  • Interview & Screening Ownership: Take ownership of the screening process and first-round interviews, including cultural and competency assessments.
  • Mentorship & Performance Management: Guide and mentor junior recruiters, building a high-performing TA team and driving adoption of recruitment best practices.
  • Data-Driven Hiring: Track recruitment metrics, TAT source effectiveness, candidate satisfaction, and integrate insights into decision-making.
  • Employer Branding: Support initiatives that contribute to employee engagement and positioning the organization as an employer of choice.
