Strategic Upwork Bidding & Business Development Manager

We are a rapidly growing organization seeking an experienced Bid Strategy Manager to lead our Upwork bidding team and drive business growth.

We have developed a robust software development service portfolio including mobile app development, enterprise solutions, CRM, CMS, process automation software, Salesforce, and Odoo services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of bidders and developing strategies to optimize proposals and select high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective bid strategy to maximize project wins.
  • Lead and mentor a team of bidders to ensure consistent performance and high-quality proposals.
  • Analyze market trends, client behaviors, and Upwork platform updates to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Utilize strong analytical and reporting skills to track conversion rates and performance metrics.

The ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in Upwork bidding with a strong track record of closing high-value projects.
  • Excellent understanding of Upwork algorithms, client behaviors, and platform updates.
  • Strong expertise in software development services, including mobile, web, CRM, ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, etc.
  • Expertise in negotiation, proposal writing, and client communication.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English language skills.
