Corporate Strategy Manager

This is a job opportunity for an experienced Corporate Strategy Manager to join our team in Coimbatore, India.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a seasoned professional with 4-9 years of experience in corporate strategy and risk management.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in credit risk assessment, loan portfolio monitoring, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify early warning signals of credit risk are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor loan portfolios to track overdue accounts, defaults, delinquencies, and NPAs, and identify early warning signals of credit risk.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and develop actionable strategies to mitigate credit risk while aligning with business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with underwriting, credit, and collections teams to strengthen credit decision-making and improve recoveries.
  4. Establish and maintain credit risk frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  5. Prepare regular MIS, risk reports, and portfolio reviews for management, highlighting key risk trends and exposures.
  6. Ensure effective monitoring of asset quality and recommend measures to maintain a healthy loan book.
