Senior Relationship Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Senior Relationship Manager. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

  • This role involves collaborating with clients to design and implement health risk management and wellness programs.
  • You will be responsible for preparing implementation plans, defining roles and responsibilities, and selecting suitable health management vendors.
  • Another key aspect of this job is supervising the launch and operation of health risk management projects, making necessary changes to design or vendors as needed.
  • You will also lead and manage multiple health risk management consulting client engagements.
  • Your primary goal is to develop strong relationships with clients through timely advice and efficient project execution.
  • You will work closely with general consultants and business development staff to strategize approaches to target clients.
  • An essential part of this role is supporting overall client relationship building and management, while leading health risk management consulting and health risk management programs.
  • You will collaborate with other consultants to prepare comprehensive proposals for target clients and identify opportunities to cross-sell projects and services to existing clients.
  • This role involves conducting health risk analysis and management consulting, managing assigned health risk management consulting projects, and structuring customer proposal formats for health risk management and wellness consulting projects.
  • You will set up data analysis structures and methodologies, undertake organizational health risk data analysis, and present health risk management consulting project proposals to clients.
  • An important responsibility is building an internal knowledge bank on health risk analysis and management.
  • You will contribute to the development of new value propositions, products, tools, and approaches.

Key Requirements:

Education:

  • MBA from a reputable business school.
  • At least five years of proven experience in the general insurance industry.
  • Able to manage diverse client cultures of Indian corporate, MNC corporation, and PSU clients.
  • Corporate relationship management/business solution provider from a service background.
  • Domain knowledge necessary, especially aviation, aerospace, and reinsurance.
  • Knowledge of property and engineering lines is an added advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
