Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage independent projects across operational risk management areas.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in reviewing, verifying and validating existing frameworks, policies, procedures and risk and control matrices for theoretical soundness.
  • Key responsibilities include meeting business needs and regulatory expectations for assessing key aspects of each area under review.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate independence in planning and stakeholder engagement, testing design and execution, results interpretation and presentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-12 years of experience in operational risk management, preferably with exposure to GRC tools such as MetricStream or SAP GRC.
  • Candidates should possess a strong understanding of process risk and controls, along with associated compliance requirements.
  • A deep knowledge of the financial services industry, businesses, regulators and their roles is also essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to write and speak fluently in English.
