The Risk team sits at the core of Revolut, working across functions, products, and regions to ensure safe business operations.

We are seeking a Business Risk Manager to play a crucial role in creating a first line of defence for Revolut Private Bank.

This individual will develop sustainable growth strategies aligning with operational risk frameworks, enhancing risk management procedures.

  • Identify, assess, document, and review risks in our Private Bank
  • Design, implement, and test controls
  • Develop and test key procedures
  • Create and review key risk indicators
  • Register risk events, manage, and deliver risk incident reports

Requirements:

  • A 2:1 degree from a top university
  • 6+ years of experience in operational risk management in financial services
  • Experience in private banking or wealth management (mandatory)
  • Experience with risk identification, monitoring, and controls (implementation and testing)
  • Previous examples of interpreting and organizing complex data
  • A solid track record of achievement, including competition awards
  • The ability to assume responsibilities quickly
  • An organized and methodological approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
