Key E Commerce Operations Role

This is a pivotal position that involves overseeing the day-to-day management of our e-commerce business, including marketplace performance analysis, warehouse management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor marketplace performance across multiple platforms and channels to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Analyse seasonal and brand-wise performance data to inform business decisions.
  • Review and share insights on monthly partner sales performance in weekly review meetings.
  • Assist with discount workings, promotions, and partner reconciliation processes.

Warehouse & Inventory Management:

  • Manage warehouse operations and coordinate with third-party logistics partners.
  • Perform regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Track live and not-live stock status and ensure timely replenishment for assigned brands.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams for the movement of inward and outward stock.

Reporting & Process Management:

  • Compile and maintain sales data, prepare and circulate brand-wise performance reports.
  • Support in compiling order indents and reporting metrics across brands.
  • Mail, update, and follow up with marketplaces and partners for smooth order execution.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations with exposure to warehouse management, 3PL coordination, and marketplace operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of OMS and WMS platforms such as Shiprocket, Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar.
