Insurance Sales Leadership

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop a high-performing team of Financial Advisors to drive insurance sales growth.
  • Train, guide, and motivate Financial Advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets through regular coaching and feedback sessions.
  • Stay up-to-date on insurance products and sales processes to provide expert guidance to the team.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for enhanced product understanding and sales techniques among Financial Advisors.
  • Drive consistent business growth through the recruited Financial Advisors by setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Monitor advisor performance closely to ensure alignment with company objectives and goals.
  • Offer ongoing support to Financial Advisors through field visits, joint calls, and customer interactions as needed.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates with sales experience in BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, Hospitality, Automobile, Real Estate, or FMCG industries are highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Experience in team handling, recruitment, or direct field sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven individuals with leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
