Medicare Advantage Plans Specialist Lead
Job Description:We are seeking a results-driven Medicare Advantage Plans Specialist Lead to join our team. In this role, you will engage with US citizens to assess their interest in Medicare Advantage plans offering enhanced benefits over Original Medicare.
- Contacting US Citizens: You will contact US citizens via outbound cold calls to discuss their interest in Medicare Advantage plans.
- Assessing Interest: You will assess the citizen's interest in the plan and address any objections they may have.
- Fostering Trust: You will build trust with the citizen to facilitate a successful warm transfer to our sales team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have a strong understanding of Medicare Advantage plans.
