Medicare Advantage Conversion Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Medicare Advantage Conversion Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with US citizens to assess their interest in Medicare Advantage plans offering enhanced benefits over Original Medicare.
Main Responsibilities:- Initial Assessment: Conduct outbound cold calls to US citizens to gauge their interest in Medicare Advantage plans.
- Objection Handling: Address objections and build trust with clients to facilitate a successful warm lead conversion.
Key Performance Indicators: Identify opportunities to provide enhanced benefits, leveraging expertise to deliver exceptional customer service and drive successful conversions.
Skill Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in persuasive communication techniques is also essential.
