Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Own the revenue of a region and manage growth and performance metrics of both the business and people.">
  • Take complete ownership of business-critical initiatives, including product launches, internal process improvements, category expansion, and vendor base management.">
  • Contribute actively to business decisions through qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis.">
  • Develop, lead, motivate, and manage a young and ambitious city team, comprising Business/Design Managers, Territory Area Managers, Designers, DPs, LPs, etc.">
  • Develop the ecosystem for successful Design experiences for both internal teams and customers.">
  • Own the quality of Design Closure of Livspace catalogue products (Kitchen, Wardrobe, Storages, Furniture & Decor) and essential home improvement services for the region.">
  • Drive and meet KPIs such as successful and timely design sign-offs, snag-free/designs, sales/category penetration, C-sat/happy customer experience, E-sat/happy team members.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • B.Arch or equivalent degree; MBA would be an added advantage.">
  • Typically spent at least 6 to 7 years in an interior fit-out business, operating role managing a revenue-generating team(s) or selling design products/services through a bunch of designers.">
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written/oral communication skills.">
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.">
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with direct team reporting in past roles.">
  • Deep understanding of the interior fit-out industry, processes, market trends, etc.">
