System Administrator - People Operations">

As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the People Operations function by enabling business change, articulating requirements, testing new solutions, and continuously improving existing systems, data, and processes. You'll work closely with functional leaders to resolve issues, maintain systems, and deliver real-time people analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the HR system, including data integrity, workflow processes, auditing, and issue resolution
  • Act as first-line support for queries related to HR systems, including triaging tickets
  • Provide second-line support for system-related queries from the wider organization
  • Develop and implement workflows that align with business policies and support the entire employee lifecycle
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of new functionalities across HRIS, Talent, Performance, Integrations, Pay Flow, Benefits, and Learning Management Systems
  • Provide system configuration, troubleshooting, and day-to-day end-user support, acting as the primary contact for HR queries
  • Produce and interpret reports and dashboards for people analytics, ensuring stakeholders have access to actionable, accurate HR data
  • Perform regular audits, system updates, and ensure compliance with data policies such as GDPR
  • Deliver training and documentation to users on system functionality and self-service processes
  • Work collaboratively with IT, Payroll, and external vendors to identify gaps, implement improvements, and support system developments
  • Support strategic initiatives through the system by providing technical expertise and data insights
