Product Vision Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and communicating product vision to stakeholders and the development team. They will work closely with the development team to create and prioritize product backlog items, ensuring that all product requirements are clearly defined and documented.

Candidates should have a strong technical background, experience in software development processes, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must be able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, make data-driven decisions, and have a deep understanding of Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product vision to stakeholders and development team
  • Work closely with development team to create and prioritize product backlog items
  • Ensure that all product requirements are clearly defined and documented
  • Collaborate with UX designers to create user stories and wireframes
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet technical and business requirements
  • Manage the product roadmap and release schedule
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology company
  • Strong technical background with experience in software development processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA

Technology Management:

  • Experience in digital technologies including CMS, cloud DB, CRM, integration & other API services, Web analytics, SEO, mobile apps development
  • Understanding/Expertise of ETL tools, Data Lake and dashboard visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI
  • Maintains superior technical expertise in the above areas
  • Anticipates and avoids technical problems / bad designs whiles also quickly identifying root causes and implementing solution / workarounds

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Extremely comfortable with rapid change and diverse opinions
