Job Title: Senior Product StrategistAbout the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a high-performing team culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope.
  • Drive strategic vision of the product by collaborating with stakeholders to grow and enhance the product. Constantly seek opportunities to improve user experience, market positioning, and scalability.
  • Utilize data analytics to understand product performance, user behavior, and market trends. Make informed decisions to optimize product growth strategies and improve operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively manage issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular project updates, reporting on milestones, progress, and any potential risks.
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in project management roles, with at least 3 years in Fintech.
  • Proven ability to build and manage teams across multiple functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a product from inception to market success.
  • Technical skills include hands-on experience with NodeJS and strong understanding of backend development.
  • Soft skills include exceptional leadership and people management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to problem-solving, and ability to quickly grasp new knowledge and technologies relevant to the fintech landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
