Program Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator.

The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of educational programs in schools, working closely with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads to ensure a smooth and impactful program delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Program development: Work closely with content teams to ensure quality of programs.
  • Program implementation: Maintain implementation timelines and milestones, ensuring successful program delivery at assigned schools.
  • School collaboration: Presentations, networking activities, and building relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.
  • Teacher support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers in delivering programs effectively.
  • Data collection and reporting: Collect data on program implementation and impact, preparing reports for further action.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience in coordinating, training, and implementing educational programs in schools.
  • Willingness to travel to assigned schools for program implementation and support activities.
  • 2-5 years of experience in education, program management, or a relevant field.
