We are seeking a seasoned Recruitment Strategist to spearhead our hiring efforts in India. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in sourcing top talent, leveraging innovative tools, and enhancing our employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive strategic hiring by crafting cutting-edge sourcing strategies to identify and attract exceptional tech and consulting professionals from across Kerala, TN, and other key markets across India.
- Maintain a pulse on the job market: mapping new talent pools across cities and competitor ecosystems to stay ahead of the curve.
- Leverage AI and technology to optimize recruitment productivity, efficiency, and informed decision-making.
- Owning the candidate experience: acting as both recruiter and ambassador to promote Zafin's vision to top candidates and create engaging experiences for high-demand profiles.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders, hiring managers, and global stakeholders to define talent needs and deliver on ambitious goals.
- Lead with accountability by tracking and reporting on KPIs like time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline velocity, and diversity.
- Elevate the team by mentoring recruiters, instilling a data-driven mindset, and fostering a culture of excellence in recruitment.
Familiarity with Sourcing Platforms and ATS is necessary: Naukri, InstaHyre, Greenhouse, and others.
