About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new corporate clients for luxury gifting and corporate social events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Design Gifting Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to design gifting collections that align with both client expectations and the brand.
- Manage Client Experience: Oversee the full sales process from pitching to pricing, coordination to delivery, ensuring a seamless and delightful client experience.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the corporate and luxury gifting space.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, and conversions, sharing timely reports and insights with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in the luxury, wellness, beauty, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
