Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Understand client needs and design tailored gifting solutions to meet business objectives.
Drive repeat business by ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, finance) to deliver seamless client experiences.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing accounts.
Ensure timely communication, proposal sharing, and project delivery.
Track account performance, client feedback, and ensure targets are met consistently.
What Were Looking For
4+ years of experience in B2B sales / Key Account Management.
Prior corporate gifting industry experience is highly desirable.
Strong relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts with a customer-first mindset.
A self-starter who can take ownership and deliver results.
Excellent communication skills and a track record of meeting sales targets.
