About the function:
MyBiz, a corporate travel management solution by MakeMyTrip provides a customizable, real-time self-booking system that seamlessly integrates into a company's structure to deliver convenience, transparency, savings and the power of choice. Over the last 4 years, MyBiz have on-boarded prominent corporates like Vedanta, P&G, Zomato, Bajaj Finance, Escorts, Netflix, BYJU'S and Blackberry etc which are availing the benefits of our seem-less platform, along with significant savings.
About the role: In this growing E-commerce industry, MMT's fast-paced corporate department is setting a pace for the rest of the industry to keep up. As Key Account Manager, you are sat the centre of the action with MMT's dynamic corporate team. You are a driving force, behind the success of your team, ready to roll up sleeves and work collaboratively across the team to juggle deadlines, manage simultaneous projects, jump in whenever needed to help your team. As part of corporate Team you will showcase our values of Consumers Focus, Commitment to Results and Continuous Improvement through innovative solutions that raise challenging question and demand creative and practical answers.
Skills you will bring to the table:
- Interfacing with decision makers of corporate organizations to pitch myBiz Product.
- Handling entire sales cycle from lead generation, preparing and giving business presentations/ proposals to closing the final deal while managing a team of 4-5 Key Account Managers.
- Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Creating and maintaining a healthy sales funnel week-on-week.
- Building long-term relationships with new accounts and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Analyzing the current market trends for scoping competition and adapting best practices.
- Ensuring quick resolution of queries and escalations by clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Working closely with the support departments such as creative, operations, tech, finance for Client /corporate on-boarding.
- Taking the contracts from inception to closure with the help of legal department ensuring sales-cycle completion.
Qualification & Experience
- Well-rounded B2B experience.
- Post-Graduation (MBA/PGDM) from reputed institute with 6-8 years of relevant experience
Key Success Factors for the Role
- Understanding of commission structures, discounting, and basic knowledge of P&L management.
- Passion for data and an exceptional ability to solve complex problems.
- Strong communication skills, Influencing skills, great interpersonal & stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
