Business Growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
· Visiting clients to pitch Apna's hiring products
· Generating prospects and sharing market data with the manager
· Handling customer objections regarding product, competition, pricing, and expectations
· Selling recruitment solutions to SMB clients based on their business requirements
· Onboarding clients and assisting them in posting their first job on the platform
· Creating market references and driving organic revenue
· Representing Apna's brand and effectively pitching its value proposition to interested prospects
· Meeting weekly and monthly targets and adhering to short and long-term growth goals
Requirements:
· 1+ years of experience in client-facing B2B roles
· Essential skills: Hustler, Street Smart, Negotiation, Lead generation, Knocking
· Team player and strong people skills
· Preference for HRTech experience or BFSI/Insurance hard cold selling experience
· Bike and driving license are required for traveling
