Machine Learning Engineer - AI Systems

About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and help us design, build, and optimize intelligent systems that power our agentic marketing platform. You'll work on challenging problems at the intersection of applied machine learning, generative AI, and large-scale data systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop ML models: Design, train, and fine-tune ML models for tasks such as campaign optimization, audience prediction, and creative generation.
  • Build AI agents: Construct and scale AI agents that can reason, plan, and autonomously execute marketing workflows.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-first solutions.

You will be working on building production-grade AI systems that redefine digital marketing efficiency. Our ideal candidate has expertise in ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with vector databases, cloud platforms, and observability tools.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to turn complex ML advancements into tangible business outcomes.
