ServiceNow Developer Opportunity

Thales is seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join their team. As a ServiceNow developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications and integrations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ServiceNow
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 4-9 years of experience in development, preferably in a CRM tool or equivalent
  • Experience with API and web services, databases (e.g., Oracle), and programming languages (including HTML/CSS and JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with AJAX, AngularJS, Jelly Scripting, and MID server setup
  • Experience building, maintaining, and establishing best practices for customer relationship management solutions and their integrations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong business analysis skills with the capacity to listen, take notes, and engage in conversation simultaneously
