ServiceNow Administrator Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day administration of our ServiceNow platform, ensuring its stability and usability across production and non-production environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of the ServiceNow platform includes configuration and customization to meet business requirements.
  • Development of custom scripts, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, and CSS.
  • Incident management involves handling incidents, problems, and change requests related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Management of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and data integrity using Visibility or equivalent methods.
  • Regular updates, patches, and code migrations keep the platform up-to-date.
  • Creation and maintenance of process and knowledge documentation for team members and users.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and functionalities.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices, particularly Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL certification and ServiceNow Administrator certification.
  • Additional ServiceNow training or certifications.
Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
