Job Description:
GSA-Front Office
As a GSA-Front Office, you will create a memorable experience for our guests from arrival to departure by delivering exceptional service and ensuring their stay with us is truly special.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests, and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience for our guests
- Proudly promote hotel facilities and look for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling
- Maintain high standards of customer service at the Reception desk so that customers' expectations are consistently exceeded
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Front Office Department
Qualifications:
Your experience and skills include:
- Relevant diploma/degree in Hotel Management
- Excellent multi-tasking, problem-solving, service orientation, and interpersonal team skills
- Displays high levels of flexibility, initiative, sincerity, and teamwork
- Knowledge about Opera would be an advantage
